About Me

I am excited to begin my second year as the speech/language therapist in the Fannett-Metal School District. I graduated from Duquesne University with my Bachelors of Science in Health Sciences, Masters of Science in Speech and Language Pathology, and a minor in Spanish.

I hold the following certifications:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • License to practice speech/language pathology in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
  • Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Teacher Certification- Instructional Level I Certificate in Speech/Language Impaired

I am currently employed by the Lincoln Intermediate Unit 12 and assigned to both FMSD and the Franklin Learning Center. I live in Chambersburg and enjoy spending free time with my wife and dog.

I am in the district everyday except Wednesdays, and I can be contacted at 349-3045 or tannousd@fmtigers.org.
