First Grade Learned All About Apples

Did you know if you cut an apple in half around the center of the apple makes a star? Did you know Johnny Champman’s (Appleseed) birthday was Thursday, September 26? In first grade this week we learned all about apples and Johnny Appleseed. On Monday, we learned the life cycle of an apple. On Tuesday, we learned all the parts of the apple. On Wednesday through Friday, we talked about and learned about the man named Johnny Appleseed. We had a appl-solutely great week!
